Through occupation, bombardment, starvation and displacement,
puppetry artists continue their work. This exhibition highlights the work of
puppeteers on Gaza and The West Bank. The artists that are presented are Yousef Al-Hindi (Camp Theatre) and Mahdi Karera (Kayyout theatre) from Gaza, and Nadil Khateeb (Al-Tantoura theatre) and Diana Al-Swaitti (Fridge theatre) from Hebron.
Norwegian artists Runi Langum, Peter Knudsen, Lena Heggelund and
Kamsvaag/Bergsten present a poster art work dedicated to each of the artists.
Utstillingen er tidligere vist på Figur i Fossekleiva. Gjennom et samarbeid
mellom de to festivalene vises den også på Figurfestspillene.
